OUT OF STOCK | POLICY
We will call and email you the same day to discuss any out of stocks that we may have occasionally.
Out of stocks are sometimes caused by our suppliers high standards. They may reject raw ingredients on 'quality' issues
which will mean short - and sometimes - long term out of stock sittuations to occur.
This is unfortunate BUT it does mean you - the customer - may have to wait,
or select an alternative to always gets exactly the same high quality product - time after time - no compromise!
We will always offer our customers the following alternatives:
1) Hold your order until stock is available
2) Select an exact alternative from a different company
3) Offer an alternative product that offers similar benefits
4) Cancel and refund your order if no alternative exists

Goods will only be dispatched once payment details have been checked and verified by Realex and 3D Secure.
Large overseas orders will only be dispatched once funds have cleared our bank account.
We post out parcels Tuesday - Saturday each week.

UK Postage is FREE when you spend over £25.
UK Postage is £3.50p on any order under £25.
3 - 5 Business Days Average Delivery Time.
Special Delivery 24/48 Hours £5.99p. Please call us to discuss on 0845 437 4490.
For all destinations outside the UK (Including the Channel Islands) postage and packing charges are
£7.50 for 1 item, then £3.50 for each additional item.
Recorded Delivery. Additonal Insurance. 1st Class / Special Delivery Post are all EXTRA.
